Queens of the Court, LLC was established in 2020 by the CEO Ajee Smith-Inniss. As a paralegal, on-court basketball trainer, and head coach for the girls AAU Organization Team Legit, she is around basketball 24/7. Queens of the Court consists of intense on-court skill and basketball IQ development. Coach Ajee has the ability to transform female basketball players to their highest potential with her knowledge of the game, and the rare skill of being able to nurture each individual. Each player's development is proof of her expertise.

"Crown Yourself" is a slogan to remind players that often-times enough, you may feel that you lack the support or encouragement from others. This will force you to gain the confidence to pat yourselves on the back, or in other words "Crown Yourself".

 Queens of the Court is not only considered to be an elite training program, but Coach Ajee also hosts some of the most interactive and competitive showcases/exposure events state wide. These showcases and exposure events designed for players to compete amongst the best and give each athlete the opportunity to play in front of college coaches - virtually and in-person. The virtual option open doors for all division coaches to evaluate players from a far. Many players are recognized throughout the event for their skill and hard work.
